Overview

Pyramid Model for Infant Toddler is an online professional development course created by the Pyramid Model Consortium (PMC), experts in the field of social emotional development in early childhood.

The course consists of 15 hours of content, divided into three modules:

Module 1: Building Relationships and Creating Supportive Environments

Module 2: Social Emotional Teaching Strategies

Module 3: Individualized Intervention; Determining the Meaning of Behavior and Developing Appropriate Responses

Important Notes:

  • This training meets the Diverse Learner requirement.
  • Credit hours for this course are awarded for each Module (Five EEC Hours for each Module).
  • Module 3 of each version of the PMC courses is the same. Credit for Module 3 is awarded only for the initial completion of the Module.
  • Certificates of completion will be available at the end of each Module. An additional certificate will be issued for the entire package upon completion of all three.
  • The content of this course is video based. The strength and stability of your internet connection will have a direct impact on the quality of the playback.
